Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of LeadMint (“the service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

LeadMint collects publicly available business information from Google Maps listings — such as business name, category, address, phone number, website, published email address, rating, and review count — and delivers it to you as searchable, exportable lead lists. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or company per account; free-tier credits are granted once per customer, and creating multiple accounts to farm free credits may result in those accounts being closed.

4. Credits and billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Each plan grants a monthly allowance of lead credits. 1 credit is deducted for each lead delivered to your account. Searches that fail or return no results deduct nothing. Credits reset to your plan's monthly grant at each billing cycle and do not roll over.

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; until then your plan and remaining credits stay usable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If a payment fails repeatedly, your account may be downgraded to the free plan.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the leads for lawful business outreach. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and telemarketing rules in your market and your recipients' markets. You may not resell raw exports as a data product, use the service to harass anyone, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

6. Data accuracy

Lead data reflects what a business has published on its public Google Maps listing and website at the time of the search. Businesses change numbers, move, and close; we make no guarantee that any particular field is accurate, current, or complete, and email coverage in particular varies by niche.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@leadmint.app. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms; where practical we will warn you first.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadMint is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
