Privacy Policy

1. What we collect about you

When you sign up, we store your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password — never the password itself. As you use LeadMint, we store the searches you run (niche, location, requested lead count) and the leads delivered to your account, so your history and exports keep working.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, and bank details go directly to Razorpay and never touch our servers; we store only your subscription identifier, plan, and billing status.

2. What we do with it

We use your data to run the service: authenticate you, deliver and store your lead lists, charge your subscription, and answer your support emails. We send transactional email only — password resets and billing or account notices. We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

3. About the lead data

The leads LeadMint delivers are business listings collected from public Google Maps pages and, when enabled, email addresses published on those businesses' own websites. This is business-directory information that the businesses themselves have made public. If your business appears in results and you want it excluded from future searches, email us and we will add it to our exclusion list.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

5. Retention and deletion

Your account data and search history are kept while your account is active. Email support@leadmint.app from your registered address to delete your account — we remove your profile, searches, and stored leads within 30 days, keeping only what billing law requires us to retain (invoice records).

6. Third parties we rely on

Razorpay (payment processing, INR billing), our hosting provider (running the app and database), and our email provider (sending transactional mail). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and payment credentials never reach our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you by email without undue delay.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
